可以看到一只哈比爪子下面挂着两把连着枷锁的刀。

[Kratos willing accepts these weapons, extending his arms out]奎爷伸直了手臂准备接受武器。

混沌之刃，铸造于哈迪斯地狱中最邪恶的深渊。(塔尔塔罗斯?)

小说中说“这双神兵由铁匠之神赫菲斯托斯亲手锻造，地狱熔炉与神匠之锤造就了这巨大而邪恶的弧线，混沌之刃，他赖以成名的武器”小说中还说这玩意儿不仅仅是炙烤使用者的肉体那么简单，而是直嵌入骨头与灵魂相连，这也是奎爷能通过杀敌补充自身体力的原因。

锁链烧得通红，炙烤着他的骨肉，奎爷露出痛苦的表情。

不知道有人注意过没有，奎爷向阿瑞斯宣誓效忠并被焊上混沌之刃的地方貌似是空无一人的。(他面前并没有野蛮人之王)很可能是阿瑞斯单独制造出来的一个亚空间，毕竟一代结尾阿瑞斯就展现了类似的力量。另一点，奎爷在向阿瑞斯跪拜的时候身上还穿着盔甲，而等到焊上混沌之刃之后，上身就是光秃秃的一片了。(盔甲怎么自己就没了?

“ In return, ultimate power.”注意，此处盖亚大妈的用词是“ultimate”，有终极、究极、极限的意思，不仅仅是强大那么简单。(所以这玩意儿也是最有升级潜力的东西，整个系列都在升级)

The rage of Ares exploded from within, 阿瑞斯之怒从他体内喷涌而出。(某种程度上此时奎爷已经沦为半个提线木偶，在一定程度上受到阿瑞斯的控制，直到他杀死了自己的妻女才完全摆脱这种情况。)

这个代价包括了他的妻女，作为一个顾家的男人，这是奎爷绝对无法接受的。
